Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Last updated October 15, 2026
What we collect
- When you send a request: your name, email address, store address and anything you write in the form.
- When you email us or buy an audit: your messages, your business details and the invoice and payment records. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see them in full.
- When we audit a store: only information that is publicly visible on that store’s website.
- If we contacted you first: we found your business email address published on your store’s website.
How we use it
To reply to you, agree the scope, deliver the audit or Fix Package, send invoices and keep the business and tax records we’re required to keep. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Who helps us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
- Stripe sends invoices and processes payments.
- AI providers, including OpenAI, Perplexity and Anthropic, help us analyse public store pages and draft reports. We send them public store information and the context needed for the audit, not your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and correspondence while we’re working with you and for as long as we need them for records, usually no more than 3 years, unless the law requires longer. If you don’t become a client, we delete your request within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing alex@quietyieldhq.com. If we emailed you and you’d rather not hear from us, reply “no thanks” and we won’t write again.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
