The AI Shopping Audit

The audit reviews one store’s public website. Before we start, we confirm the scope with you by email: up to 25 product pages across up to 5 product types you choose, plus your shipping, returns, privacy and terms pages.

You get a written report listing each issue we find, why it matters, the likely fix and how to recheck it, in order of priority. It includes a live check on at least 3 products, where we ask AI assistants that browse the web about price, stock, shipping and returns, and compare their answers with your store.

We only look at what any visitor can see. We don’t log in to your store, and we don’t look at anything behind a login or in checkout.

Price and payment

The audit costs $399 USD, fixed. Once you confirm the scope, we send a Stripe invoice that you can pay by card or bank transfer. Work starts when the invoice is paid.

Prices on this site can change, but the price in the scope we agree with you is the price you pay.

Delivery and corrections

We aim to deliver the report within about 3 business days of payment. If we expect it to take longer, we’ll tell you before the deadline.

One round of factual corrections is included. If something in the report is wrong about your store, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll correct it.

Refunds

If we can’t deliver the report, we refund the full fee. Once the report has been delivered, the fee isn’t refundable, but we’ll fix any factual errors as described above.

What the audit can and can’t do

AI assistants and search engines change how they work, and their answers can vary from one day to the next. The report records what they said when we checked. We can’t promise that any fix will change how they describe your store, or that it will increase traffic or sales.

The report is guidance about your public product information. It isn’t legal, tax or compliance advice. You decide which fixes to make and how.

The Fix Package

If you’d like us to make the fixes, we quote a fixed price for the findings you choose. Work only starts once you accept that quote in writing. You approve every change before it goes onto your store, and you can remove our access at any time.

Your report

The report is yours to use in your business and share with your team, developers and agencies. We may describe the kinds of issues we find in general terms, but we won’t publish your report or name your store without your permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or sales.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in place when you confirm a scope applies to that work. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
